David, our pilot, was knowledgeable, friendly and made us feel so welcome. After landing, we enjoyed Champagne and received flight certificates to remember the day. “I took a balloon flight with David and some friends in April and it was absolutely mind-blowing beautiful. We flew over patchwork fields and saw herds of deer running underneath us across the fields…
David, dressed suited and booted as the pilot, answered all of our questions, and turned the balloon around in the sky so we could get the best angle for the sun for pics! Incredible! Skimming the tops of the trees was magical and after a perfect landing, we finished the evening off with a glass of champagne. We came away with a certificate and a badge so we could remember the experience. A wonderful experience, I can’t rate it highly enough.”

“We have had a brilliant flight over Suffolk this morning. We was welcomed by our pilot David and Kit from the ground team. They were both chatty and knowledgeable and obviously enjoy what they do.
The flight was smooth and calm, you could see for miles. It was surprisingly warm up there, definitely cooler on the ground. We celebrated after landing with a very nice glass of champagne. The launch site was easy to get to, and we returned to the site on a small coach.”
